- Do not share, upload, or distribute course videos, downloads, or lesson materials outside the platform unless explicitly permitted.
- Do not use bots, scrapers, or automation to access content, harvest data, or bypass rate limits.
- Keep account credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
License
Back to topWe grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased courses for your own learning. This license does not allow resale, sublicensing, or redistribution.
Any trademarks, branding, and course materials (including recordings, PDFs, assignments, and project files) remain the property of Hardpin Illustration Academy or its licensors.
Allowed
Watch lessons, download permitted resources, and create your own artworks based on what you learn.
Not allowed
Reuploading lessons, sharing login, mirroring content, or selling “course packs”.
Refunds
Back to topA 14-day refund policy may apply to eligible purchases when content has not been substantially consumed. If your purchase includes multiple modules, completion of a significant portion may affect eligibility.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method when possible. Processing times vary by provider.
Governing Law
Back to topThese Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, to the extent permitted. Where required, consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
